Getting connected with a mental health professional can be a long, confusing, and frustrating process – there are only about 14 practicing child psychiatrists for every 100,000 children. Even when we are able to find someone, making regular daytime visits during school and working hours is often stressful, and many parents are left to wonder if meeting with a mental health provider for 50 minutes a week or 15 minutes a month is even helpful. Many of us might wonder: are we doing enough as parents?

The truth is that any real, sustainable solutions to our child’s mental or behavioral challenges have to happen at home, with us. Luckily, we don’t have to solve or fix ALL our child’s issues for life to go better – what if we could improve things just a little? Imagine three fewer tantrums a week. Imagine your child getting to sleep 20 minutes earlier at night, giving you an hour and a half back every week. Imagine if 9 weeks from now you had a little more peace at home.

Little Better Home is a custom solution to help get things a little better in your own home.

Read below to find out about our process.

  • 1) Fill out the form

You complete the online (secure) form for your child and the problem

    you are having here.

  • 2) Analysis

Our team analyzes your assessment and develops a

personalized, easy-to-follow plan just for you. Most plans aim to improve your child’s specific issue in 6-9 weeks.

  • 3) Delivery

Each week, a package shows up at your house. This package includes all the tools

and materials that you will need to start working on the issue at home with instructions on what to do and how to do it. Our team will be available along the way to answer questions about how to use the materials.

  • 4) Success!

At the end of the program, the problem will be improved. From there, you can choose to move forward with the other things you have going on in life, you can stay involved with online parent support for periodic tune-ups, or you can submit a new assessment to start improving another problem.
